Lots of corporate politics where 2-3 people are running the show who are non technical. HR and Finance should not be meddling with the development of other departments and people. COO is very unprofessional and rude. Often putting down others and power hungry. His behavior is not moderated at all. Technical people are not given proper growth pathways and pay is considerably low compared to the industry at large. Large exiting of senior staff due to favoritism with undertrained juniors due to poor PR handling, check Google reviews. HR is hiring based on personal preference not talent and is not handling hiring process again check Google reviews. Most of the technical people who work there cannot actually voice their opinion because HR and Fianance play too much of a role in actual opinions being heard. Exit interviews are not done properly so the actual truth of what’s going on is not really known to upper management.
