Pros
Working with them for 3+ years: - Covid time proved the resilience of the management of the company - No matter what happened employees were paid on 1st without fail (never delayed in the last 10 years), mind it management did not take any salary during these times - We were well prepared to WFH in the first week of March and when the lock down happened, no productivity was lost, kudos to the management for doing a wonderful job - Performance is an asset here and you will be valued and promoted handsomely for it - Management listens to people and keeps it ears close to the ground
Cons
- Company should be harsh on non-performers and they should be dealt with strongly - More talented people needs to be hired to take the company to the next level
