There is absolutely no room for growth within the company! Looks like the managers do not want you to succeed even though they do not show it! Have managers that micro manage your work and expect you to Be at 100% every single day! That’s the ‘expectation’ as they call it. They do not allow even a minute of overtime and you need to beg to get your own PTO! It sucks! The pay rate is so bad and very low for the amount of time and dedication they expect! Unrealistic expectations and they give you a few cents raise every year!
