VerifyToday is a growing company with an amazing management team. A team of hardworking and enthusiastic people, always reading to learn. Good benefits and compensation package. Good work-personal life balance. Fast-paced work environment.

There are no cons in the past 2 years I have been here.

There were opportunities for overtime.

None of the work VerifyToday was contracted for was their own direct account. I was misled in the interview on this point. The entire company existed solely to handle the overflow work of another similar entity that I now know had the same main investor. When the work ran out, two months after I started with the company and two weeks before Christmas, they called our entire office location (20+ people) into the conference room to lay us off and announce they were closing the business effective immediately. I was not surprised by this as several people had been let go in my time there and not replaced but some of the employees had been there since the business opened and were not offered any severance.
