Verily is a great place if you are talented, motivated, love to learn , and work hard to deliver solutions. We have the opportunity to work with world-class engineers, scientists and leaders in a culture that is collaborative, welcoming, and fast paced. Management has greatly improved in the past few years with some changes that were necessary. Andy Conrad is unapologetic in his pursuit to develop this company and we are by-in-large aligned to that mission and vision.
Cons
This place is not for everyone and many people have not been successful here for various reasons. Examples I have seen is ability to deliver on project needs, being technically capable or not the right cultural fit. If someone thinks they can work a 9-5 job here as a professional, it will end poorly for them.
