Pros
Great management, culture, and job stability. I haven’t been to the offices yet, so no comments on that. I suspect a lot of the negative reviews come from ex googlers, where the standards are extremely high. This might not be google level, but it’s a wonderful place to work.
Cons
Understaffed (but hiring). Work life balance. Strategy a bit messy as we take on new things frequently.
