      People are kind and super smart. Learned a ton from them.

      It's a big ship and while they regularly lay off it, so it's getting smaller, they're still struggling with speed to execution.

      Most of the team was very smart, and much of the work was very interesting.

      Cons

      Chaotic team structure, lots of red tape, confusing project ownership, too many overlapping people on some projects, while not enough for others.
