Pros
The employee resources are pretty good and the JC office is in a nice area. Actions are currently being taken to revamp the work space to look more modern instead of the typical 1980s tall cubicle closed space, no light office layout.
Cons
The pay is way below peer companies. If you're starting at this company, start here knowing that if you were to start at a different company, you'd be making at least $15K higher. I know people who've been at the company for over 10 years who only just got a manager position. I know others who have been at the company 5+ years who have only gotten promoted once. There is not much room to move up the ranks at all. Not to mention, after the most recent reorganization at ISO, people have been leaving left and right and many divisions are extremely short staffed having to work extra hours without any additional pay.
