      Ability to set your own schedule most days

      Very difficult to see how you make money with their commission plan you’re basically a full-time door to door salesman and very unprofessional management, like a sales office from the 1980s

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
