      Good pay and benefits, comfortable culture, and has a strong product in the marketplace. Overall I enjoy coming into work everyday.

      Cons

      Restructuring caused my location to permanently close, outsourcing to India happens frequently, operations were consistently broken. Lack of top down communication.
