Good place to retire, good place to work if you have no ambitions and you just want to phone in the rest of your career. Great place to be lazy and be paid for your job title. The people are really really cool.
Cons
No career growth. Worked for 5 years with no promotion. Every class I asked to take was refused. Horrible benefits.
