This is mainly for the NetBackup Appliance Team not for the entire Veritas. 1.Worst Workplace.Very Congested.If you move your hand you might hit someone near you. With this workplace, we are not allowed to take wfh. 2.They kill you with planning and meetings for half of the day(4 hrs) in the name of collaboration.good for non technical people to pass time not for technical folks. 3.Most of the managers do Micro Management.Actually it comes from the upper Management who also does the same. 4.No Flexible timings.Managers are clock watchers who likes to manage People than Work. 5.Less Competitive pay and even if you perform well there wont be a pay rise. 6.Food is horrible(paid food at cafe).
