All the Pros used to be with Veritas/Symantec at some point of time. Nothing more than the transport service
Cons
Things broke right from the time of Steve Bennet's exit. All the experienced leaders were forced to move out, the leadership changed several hands and the impact was right upto the front line level. Pune leadership till the time it was with the Reading ( UK ) folks worked wonders but when it moved to India it felt more of a " Whole Sale Company" and pathetic beyond words.. People were leaving in whole sale and new hiring was being done compromising on quality . You can get into Veritas Pune in just two ways - Either you are very cheaply available as a resource or you have have personal connects with the top management. After seeing most of my fellow team members and managers move out I too decided to move out even at the cost of relocation from Pune. Now my peers and even few managers at times call me looking for opportunities in my current organization
