The benefits and pay are pretty good Some great people work at Veritas Some excellent core products (NetBackup, Enterprise Vault, etc.)
Cons
Since the split from Symantec, and acquisition by The Carlyle Group, the soul has left the company Employees do not matter, they are resources to be used and discarded
