Pros
- Working remotely is a nice benefit - Benefits comparable to other Bay Area companies - Loyal customer base....for now
Cons
- There is no budget for travel to be able to visit local offices unless you want to fund it yourself - Senior leadership in CONSTANT chaos - Private Equity ownership by Carlyle leaves us feeling like we are doomed to be sold off in pieces - Can't hire enough sales people to make the crazy forecasts Carlyle and leaders come up with - Product strategy seems haphazard and duplicative
