Rebuild the company top-down - Anonymous employee Veritas Technologies Employee Review

Management is Veritas is sick, period. It has all the 5 dysfunctions a team can have. The management is Dublin, specifically, is ridiculous. They just don't know what they are doing. From this experience, I've learned a lot of (management) anti-patterns. Main problems I've faced in Dublin - Micromanagement - Complete lack of vision - Management not ready/inexperienced to bring up the engineering team.
