Pros
If you like hardware, there's almost everything as many of the software packages they make are "hardware agnostic." Plus they build their own hardware (appliances). Local teams are comprised of good people.
Cons
LOTS of turnover. They post jobs and don't fill them. They're scrapping to keep their heads above water. HIGH risk place to work. Many jobs are being moved offshore.
