Pros
-Working from home is only for The 2 managers! Not for the Team Leader or agents.. so we are not treated equally. - multicultural environment but not sure how do the management define this word! As on Bank Holiday they will force you to take day off if you depend to Public Transport and you not allowed to work from home. But you have to carry the work laptop at home every day in case there is a storm you can work from home SO LOGIC ! - The worst Customer Care experience I had in My Career. - You learn nothing. You only waste your time and energy and be prepared to be robotized. I was told not to make a one minute late in my 15 min break. And I have to set phone alarm for 15 min every time I go for break.
Cons
-Company Policy: We Do not trust you - Too much control -Nesting period of Quality Assurance is long and abusive - Too many process for nothing. If you receive a call , you have to write every single word customer said as the management do not trust you! Plus process to handle cases is so so long! And Management never take your feedback. I was told take it or leave it.. -New Hire Package received after 3 months of work as company has no budget to buy computer accessories but has the budget to traine you.. so logic ! - Exam after 3 weeks training and again monthly exam refresher .. seriously! We finished college years ago!
