Pros
I would say the culture was great, the community was tight knitted despite some of them are in ivory tower.
Cons
Both regional Sales and SE middle management has totally completely has no idea what they're doing, completely don't know how to run the business despite looking at numbers. Locally they don't the challenges in different region. Useless and incompetent direct managers/team leads run things failed but get recognition even though they barely do or know anything. Everything is sugarcoated to teamwork or but the so called "teamwork" just means certain member of the team hitting numbers.
