Pros
Staff and management are friendly, not super easy to get ahold of but nice. I would highly suggest instead of spending money on material things and trips for employees to better the work life balance and pay for better health insurance options for employees that doesn’t dig so deep into the pay check.
Cons
Bad health insurance options but have seen money be spent elsewhere that could be used to help cover more of the premium of the benefits costs.
