Can''t think of any pros

Got TUPE'd in and the level of care and consideration was zero. Moved to antiquated computer systems, expected to follow unrelated training for a job I wasn't actually doing but they were unable to make allowances for the differences in job expectations. Didn't even follow through with the welcome incentives.

Great environment between coworkers and one of the best in the field

Wages are low for the position in comparison to the market
