      - Lowest pay around - Incompetent leadership - No job security - No performance reviews - Instead of providing coaching to develop staff, they hide behind their one year contracts and simply don't renew them.

      Flexible schedule, weeks off for breaks, employer match for 401K, time off is good

      Cons

      Pay is low, takes years to get tenured, support is variable, the college has many changes including not getting state funding
