The culture is toxic from the top down. Management and corporate operate with a clear “mean girl” mentality—cliquey, unprofessional, and completely unsupportive. There is little to no respect for employees, and favoritism is obvious.
The pay is extremely low—well below what’s reasonable for the level of work expected. You are essentially asked to do multiple roles (sales, operations, clienteling, merchandising) for minimal compensation.
Hours are excessive, no real regard for work-life balance. Expectations are unrealistic, constantly shifting, and rarely matched with proper training or support.
There is no appreciation, no growth structure, and no accountability from leadership. Communication is poor, and the environment feels more competitive and negative than collaborative.
Overall, it’s a draining place to work where you’re overworked, underpaid, and undervalued.
