      If they actually stood for it - the brand mission.

      I decided to leave because the environment was making me ill (think full blown panic attacks). Bullying is the understatement of the year and you cannot go to upper management, because not a single thing is confidential (not to mention the parties involved are all BFF's). Once they realize you have a smidgen of insecurity, they pounce all over you. It was truly one of the worst experiences of my entire career.

      No matter how good the company is, your specific store can make or break your experience. Do your research on who you will be working with before you sign that offer letter!

      nothing. a truly terrible place to work.

      The bullying culture was unacceptable. I was lucky to have worked at a great company before, so I knew that it was no way to be treated. I left after only three months of trying to work with HR to better the situation. I didn't even have anything lined up after (and I am not in a financial situation to not work). It was just that bad.
