Pros
The team is very collaborative, communicative, and highly efficient. Even with high workloads, with the company's leverage of softwares and tech, work is always manageable.
While I was with the team, no problem was too big to be solved — great leadership as well. Management team is always willing to listen and help employees navigate work issues and problems in an understanding manner.
The benefits are good, the team is friendly and welcoming. Really great place to have kickstarted my career.
Cons
Can be a little difficult to navigate your development here but then again, being open and communicative with the management team during check-ins will help ease that path. Of course, you have to know what you want as well and be aware of the steps to get there!
Also, this isn't a place for people who don't have a growth/startup mindset — you have to be willing to get down in the trenches and work your way to what you want to achieve. But the team is very supportive of that, so as long as you put in the work, you'll definitely reap the rewards.
