First, thank you for contributing your talent and time to Verra Mobility for more than five years. Our average tenure is 5.2 years, and we owe so much of our continued success to employees like you who are committed to our customers and the company. You mention our diverse workforce, and it plays a huge part in our company’s success. 86% of our employees agree or strongly agree that Verra Mobility welcomes people from a variety of different backgrounds. Diverse backgrounds brings diversity of thought, and I’m grateful for how everyone’s various backgrounds and experiences strengthen our ability to create smart mobility solutions that enable the world to move safely and easily. We recently launched a survey tool designed to help our managers uncover areas of strength and opportunity in their leadership capabilities, and we are making several more investments in the coming years to support the growth and development of all of our employees, not just our leaders. I agree that we have hard-working and highly-skilled employees, and I look forward to seeing how this increased investment in their growth and development not only increases efficiency for the company, but also creates a more engaging and fulfilling workplace for all of our employees.
