Pros

HTA is a great company to work for. I have worked for this company for over a year and I can truly call them my second family. Four months after being hired I received my first promotion. There is always room for growth within the company for employees. Management and my coworkers are always there to give a helping hand when needed. The office has fun and friendly environment to it, which helps set your mood as soon as you come into work in the morning. They offer many benefits to employees such as medical insurance, dental/vision plans paid 100% by HTA, discounted gym memberships, 401k, commuter transit benefits, an education assistance program and many more! HTA shows its appreciation to its employees in many ways, such as having fun company events, birthday and anniversary gifts, and contests. The office has a recreational room with massage chairs, bean bags, a basketball game and we even have a ping pong table in the kitchen! (How cool is that!) I have truly enjoyed working for HTA and look forward to many more years together.

Cons

There are currently no cons. Keep up the great work HTA!

Pros

The company has a strong, collaborative culture where people are genuinely invested in doing high-quality work and supporting each other. There's a lot of exposure to interesting, complex projects, and you're trusted to own your work and make an impact. For anyone who wants to grow professionally, there's real opportunity here. High performers are recognized, and you're given the space to step up and expand your scope.

Cons

Work can be complex and fast paced but a great environment for people who enjoy challenging problems and making meaningful changes.
