      Pros

      Fantastic coworkers. Lax work environment. Great field of work for opportunities. 401k matching along with dental and vision.

      Cons

      Workload can be excessive given the resources allotted. Communication issues between departments. Pay scale does not feel appropriate for the workload.

      High cost for health coverage Pay scale does not quite match workload Minimal COL salary increases, no performance based bonuses High turnover for install and service technicians
