Exec Mgmt behind the scenes overrides everyone on everything - not sales friendly, CEO is more of a figurehead, but should be running the company, because he's great, Founders really running everything behind the scenes. Constantly changing prices and strategies for products, quota requirements, benefit adjustments, and commission adjustments with every new year. Lots of sales pros leaving for greener pastures in the industry.
