Small company with good potential to become big. Full-time job with benefits. Flexible work schedule in consideration for employees with family obligations. Co-workers are friendly and easy going. Managers are knowledgeable within their field and always honing their craft.
Cons
Since it is small company, multi-tasking and high work activities are required which is expected. Self learning on a new product or field can get tricky in the beginning, but there are resources to reference and opportunity to learn hands on.
