      Pros

      Frequent pay every tuesday. training is paid. you get a chance even with little experience.

      Cons

      you get to call uninterested leads multiple times which makes them irate and make them cuss you out. Team leads are Filipinos and most of them are racist. You get fired without warning. $3.5/hour is poor considering the stress.
