Hours can be long sometimes, but your work is recognized. Management has struggled with communication in the past, however they have/are making significant improvements.

In July 2022 Versatile was acquired by ACP/CreativIT. In two years the combined companies had no synergies on platforms, sales & marketing or culture. The company is top heavy with lots of executives with big titles and very little productivity.
