The team are great, truly wonderful in fact

The business could be performing better and need to ensure the stability of its staff and business

There are a lot of good team members still from before the company devolved to where it is.

Very few employee reviews, hostile management, no real perks to working there in general. Worst thing was the team being restructured and being told salary banding was reduced to match market rate, despite being pitifully low, then a month later raising it up higher than the whole teams current salary as they couldn't find anyone for new team, leaving the team lower than their salary band minimum.
