      Pros

      There are a lot of good team members still from before the company devolved to where it is.

      Cons

      Very few employee reviews, hostile management, no real perks to working there in general. Worst thing was the team being restructured and being told salary banding was reduced to match market rate, despite being pitifully low, then a month later raising it up higher than the whole teams current salary as they couldn't find anyone for new team, leaving the team lower than their salary band minimum.

      We make a considerable effort on the employee experience and making sure that people are paid competitively. We are sorry that your experience has not met our standards. Since 2021 we have developed our compensation evaluation methods further and have enhanced our perks as well. We pride ourselves on having a really happy team. Our latest engagement eNPS score from February 2022 is 72! (Anything over 0 is good. Over 30 is excellent. The global tech average is 26. )

      A flexible place to work

      Cons

      Terrible company- very under valued staff, unfair leadership decisions. Business is failing- wouldn’t expect to see the company by the end of 2026. Huge push to use AI to replace staff. Staff waiting to be made redundant across the board. People are let go abruptly or forced out. Multiple staff taking the company to court. Toxic workplace.
