Connecting with donors, knowing I'm helping others. Sense of accomplishment when learning new machines.
Cons
Leadership is too busy schmoozing each other to pay attention to front lines. They nitpick on minor rules rather than give proper training, follow-through, and staffing. ALWAYS understaffed. When you need assistance from HR to help with leadership, both of them throw you under the bus.
