Pros
Although VERSO has been around for some time and the business model has certainly proven itself, working here really feels like startup. The roles are not yet so rigid, you have a lot of creative freedom and can actively contribute to the success of the company. That's motivating and fun. In addition, the demand for the product is growing enormously right now and the entire market is experiencing strong growth, which is additionally motivating. The communication with the founders/management is REALLY at eye level and always friendly and honest. Everyone can speak openly and is appreciated. In general, you can divide your time relatively freely and thus integrate private appointments well. You get a lot of trust. Overall, I am very happy to have started here.
Cons
In fact, after a few months of working at VERSO, I can't say anything negative yet. Of course, there are small things that can be improved at every company, but these can be addressed really openly here and a solution/improvement can be worked out together.
