Hierarchy and dictatorship in the company. Management just want to hear the good things, if you tell them a negative or problem, they accuse you or start to see you as problematic. There is no career opportunity and relationship is really important to get promotion therefore you have to show you like everyone in company and to be liked by everyone in company. In other words, If you want to get promotion, you have to kiss up to management. No-one care how you work or you achieve, the most important thing to show or present yourself although you couldn’t work hard. In addition, whispering is very common in the company. If you whisper rationally, you can trick out of your competitor. As a result, if you are good in corporate games, you can be a good fit for company. Moreover, if there is a vacancy in company, management prefers to fill the position from out of company. If they offer high salary, dont trust it in long-term. Next year, they dont give much higher salary increase to balance salary scale of the same level position instead of giving higher increase your peer. They call it fairness, but they ignore that they do injustice to you.
