      Salary and nothing else just typical work

      Cons

      Selfish and narcissistic managers. Abusive cross functional teams HR won't pick calls or respond properly, delayed responses. Team people will prioritise themself first before company interests

      Pros

      Lots of potential for the company to grow, and with that, potential to grow within the company. Good products, good leadership.

      Cons

      While the company is very process driven, breaking from the process in order to move quickly and accomplish business goals can be challenging. There are a lot of reorgs but that's not too uncommon.
