Pros
VS is probably one of the coolest places I've worked. On the engineering side, they followed through with their offer to let people switch teams/projects based upon personal interest in the tech and growth opportunities they are seeking. Since the team was small when I was there, I was given the chance to take on big features and collaborate with folks on every end of dev, including devops. Their tech stack is modern, as well as tooling. I learned a ton working here from many talented folks in every department. Highly recommended.
Also, unlimited PTO and a very generous work from home policy. +1

The immediate area / food options aren't great, but they compensate for that with frequent free lunches and a standing costco order.
