I can say the best part of the job was the people. My teammates were collaborative, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. There’s a lot of talent, and day-to-day teamwork was a real strength.

Management was the main challenge. Priorities shifted frequently, communication was inconsistent, and decisions didn’t always feel transparent or well-aligned. That uncertainty made it harder to execute effectively and contributed to avoidable stress.
