Pros
Work/life balance is superb. I got a nice office right away, and the working environment is friendly and drama free. There's a major emphasis on self reliance, and there are plenty of opportunities to come up with and implement your own ideas. There are always fun challenges that arise, and overcoming them leads to personal growth. The CEO, Dave, is a great guy who has worked in the software industry for decades, so he's extremely knowledgeable. He's also good at finding talent, so you can depend on your co-workers to be highly intelligent and helpful rather than burdensome. The free tacos for lunch on Fridays are a nice bonus. I'm thankful that this was my introduction to office jobs, and the things I learned there come in handy constantly at my current job.
Cons
Clients come from a wide variety of industries with an equally wide variety of requirements. You'll have to be creative to come up with solutions to problems and requests that you've never encountered before.
