      Pros

      - Surrounded by diverse colleagues, entrepreneurs and business women - Very transparent, honest and open with work, postitive/critical feedback and things to do - Great work life balance - Pay is always on time and fair

      Cons

      Cats and birds always enter the premises but not sure if this is even a con! (may at times involve cleaning cat pee)
