Pros
Seems like it would be flexible
Cons
It is a low paying sales position. Company lures you in saying they work with D.A.R.E, list job as working at toy/food drive events, constantly talks about community outreach and nonprofit. D.A.R.E hires this company to raise funds, the company itself is not nonprofit. The pay is strictly based on commission of what you raise each week at a low rate. If you have a bad week you can end up making minimum wage or less as they don't have an hourly rate. The position is not working toy/food drives, it is standing in front of stores soliciting donations, I would not call that working events. You are expected to show up at their office for the first part of the day (unpaid for that since you aren't collection anything) and then drive your personal vehicle to wherever you'll be soliciting that day. They do not offer mileage or gas reimbursement either. On top of all of this, you are expected to dress in business professional attire. If you already have a full wardrobe of that, great, if not, which most people in this pay range won't, you're going to have to dump more money into a job that doesn't pay well at all. This might be a great job for someone who isn't looking for a serious career/doesn't have a lot of bills but it sells itself as much more than that.
