Small company that has great people working behind the scenes. The employees work hard and give 110%. Company provides 100% paid medical and dental benefits.
Cons
Declining business. Company has desire to land large scale clients, but has no financial and marketing backing to make it happen. No sales strategy, and management micro manages in areas that aren't needed.
