Small company. Decent culture. Decent people.

Cons

It's a small company with growing pains. The CEO doesn't have a true direction of where he wants to take the company and struggles with having the support he needs to grow the company. The company is full of family members in the higher up positions, so it's hard to imagine any true growth within this company for an "outsider" coming in. They'll take your ideas and promise you growth but will not deliver. If you're a white male, you are more likely to do well here. Otherwise, there are other companies more suitable for you out there.
