Pros

Great location, flexible working hours, flexible with working from home, some very hard working people. They are working to make the culture better with a new Culture Committee, which will organize social events, and they are trying to get better with communication through more Town Hall meetings. Casual office. They seem to be getting their act together in terms of a business strategy, but it' too little and too late.

Cons

Most of the upper management is uninspired, lack professionalism, have zero empathy, and lack basic respect for employees. The COO, CEO and CTO are downright unlikable, unrelatable, and unapproachable — they're not people who inspire the employees to do their best or people who make you proud to work here. The management structure is a mess and different departments act like they're competing against each other instead of being on the same team. Employees are not rewarded for hard work - someone can dedicate their life to the place and will get passed up for a promotion even though they deserve it and are qualified because it will cost the company more money. People will leave and won't be replaced, so the remaining people have to split up the work and yet not get compensated properly. Last year, most people didn't get a raise, not even an inflation adjustment. Goal posts are constantly changing due to a lack of proper planning and business strategy. The company seems to lack a clear strategy/vision and appears to make short-sighted decisions based purely around saving a buck. This is a CHEAP company that doesn't invest in its employees. The company fosters mediocrity with no raises and no rewards for going above and beyond what is expected of you, they quash creativity.. They don't care about employee retention.

Cons

Because of the pandemic we’re all remote and one has to remember time zones are different when scheduling meetings
