      Good medical and dental benefits, some decent co-workers

      Cons

      No direction, a lot of “busy” people, no support, no voice in meetings, no career advancement, a lot of targeting, no even distribution of work, micromanaging, no monetary compensation for increased workload, no work life balance.

      Pros

      Get your own work truck that you can use personally. Any tools/equipment you need is compensated. All travel is also compensated. Get to travel, not every day is the same.

      Cons

      Can work odd hours depending on the customer and what needs done. Have to do a lot of scheduling yourself and there is a ton of paperwork.
