      If you are ‘one of the boys’ you’ll be ok

      Cons

      This is the most duplicitous company I have ever worked for. Their so called values are purely for PR and when it comes time for them to demonstrate they ‘live and breathe’ them, they are nowhere to be seen. A very toxic work culture that is routed all the way through senior management. If you’re not one of the boys you’ll stick out like a rusty nail. What they say and what they do are poles apart. Work 60-70 hours a week for them and they’ll ask for 80

      - Learning on the job - Allocated training time - Fun environment - Flexible working - Real-world business impact

      Cons

      - Minimal benefits, often better to go to a competitor for car offers. - Low pay. Management give raises based on who they think will leave if they do not give them a raise, rather than just performance. - Department has gone from having a lack of structure to having too many policies, which significantly delay work.
