Pros
- Salary package is fine
- Colleagues are amazing
- Dynamic company
Cons
- No growth opportunity
- Bad work/life balance (working late & weekends, yes we all did, plus they kinda ask you to. "be in the good mood, have the right spirit" is what they use to justify that)
- No recognition for the work done
- Having 15+ years of experience doesn't mean a thing there, just do what they want and how they want
- What you do is to be redone later due to bad management
- Respect is missing (you can hear things like "If it were me, I would fire the whole team", "I'm way better than you all", "Even a monkey could do your job", etc from your "manager")
- Micromanagment
- Unfullfiled promises: car, stock options, bonuses, meal vouchers, all of them were missing. Actullay the bonuses were frozen because some people got mad, yes...

Not every departments are the same, but this was my experience from one of them.
If you plan to work there, just beware that you don't have to expect too much. They are great at marketing and promissing things, but bad at actually do them.
