This is a great place to work because it grants potential opportunity for career fulfillment/personal development. I did start at entry level whereas everyone does because the company uses a merit model to promote its employees which I feel that every company should. I am now currently in a leadership role here and I am learning how to develop others and conduct interviews!! It’s been very exciting!! With the help of emphatic leadership, great mentorship, and networking I am able to have ownership in dictating my paycheck and progression within the business. Working here has allowed me to realize that this is a peoples business with a lot of opportunity that uses marketing/sales as a vehicle to challenge me to leave my comfort zone and constantly chase the best version of myself.
